The Urbanization Caballo Blanco y El Gato is a Spanish property owner’s
community. We have statues, which regulate responsibility. All those who own
houses in the urbanization are members of that community. The gardens in the
community are common land tended by our gardener and the roads and the
streetlights are also community property.
