The final version of the AGM agenda has been added. It includes the proposal for the initial spend on the Urbanisation Electricity supply.

More problems with the electric supply. The mains cable has melted again due to overload and while Sevillana were more prompt in attending they refused to do anything other than cut off the supply while we located an electrician to do the repair. Thanks to all who got involved. We have a BIG problem !

Did someone say that the winters on the Costa Del Sol were mild!!!!

Feliz Año Nuevo to all – This cold weather is causing problems and the street lights have again been out for a couple of days. The problem was eventually found to be humidity in one of the electric man holes.
