We hereby remind you to pay the fee of the Urbanization adopted at the Annual General Meeting, that amounts of € 440.00 / year, if you have not yet done so.

However, a discount of 40 € will be available to all payments made before December 31 st 2014. Please remember that this amount should be paid into the account of the community before December 31 this year.
