We want to vote on starting the project with roads, streetlights and other infrastructure.

A decision for that is needed on:

Hiring the architect d. Francisco Javier Morales Bonilla, at 9 150€+IVA as
budgeted at April 26, 2016 for carrying out the technical project of the Caballo Blanco y El
Gato Urbanization. Payment of the technical project does not require the execution of the
works. Hiring the architect does not incur an extra charge for residents. the vote on this point
is requested by all the neighbors for being an expense that exceeds the maximum limit we can
decide in the committee. Subsequently you will continue to decide on this issue on other
EGM/AGM.
