   In the last meeting minutes there is no mention of the Project to Tarmac the roads. But I believe there was a company who have been and surveyed them in order to provide a quotation. has this not happened yet and if it has, how much is the quotation for ?

      We got a budget offer but no firm one. And as it is at this time impossible to get a grant, we wait until the grant issue is jet again on the table.
