El Gato – Caballo Blanco is a popular private Urbanisation in Coin, close to the town, shopping and all amenities.  Before buying a house in this Urbanisation please contact us as we may be able to update you on the plans and advantages of coming to live with us on El Gato or Caballo Blanco.

We live in an Urbanisation with certain rules according to the statues and we all have a responsibility for our roads, gardens, water tanks and streetlights and to pay the Urbanisation fee.

The Urbanisation fee is at the moment 480 € each year or if you pay during the year you get a discount of 40 € and thus pay 440 €.
